Now Accredited: ISO/IEC 17025 Temperature Services

The Standards and Metrology Institute (SMI), the national body responsible for metrology and calibration, is pleased to announce the successful attainment of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation for a range of temperature-related services.

This accreditation reflects the Institute commitment to technical competence, traceability, and reliable measurement practices, supporting critical temperature-controlled processes.

Accredited Scope Includes:

  • Temperature mapping of enclosures and environments from –20 °C to +50 °C;
  • Temperature calibration of temperature-controlled enclosures from –20 °C to +50 °C;
  • Calibration of air temperature measuring instruments and data loggers from –20 °C to +50 °C.
